Perfume Bottle — Manufacturable Form Study

This perfume bottle was designed in response to a brief focused on mass production using rigid, non-dispensable moulds. The project began with desirability-led design, prioritising form, proportion, and presence through exploratory sketching inspired by luxury fragrance packaging.

Once a final form was established, the design was refined for manufacturability, with the geometry reworked to eliminate undercuts and ensure suitability for industrial production without compromising the original concept. The final form was prototyped using 3D printing and casting, allowing the object to be physically tested and evaluated in the hand.

This project demonstrates a workflow that moves from expressive form-finding to manufacturing-ready resolution, using prototyping as a key tool to bridge concept, production, and user experience.
